The breakfast spread was extensive, with a range of options, made mornings something to look forward to. Plus, the wellness facilities on the rooftop provided a refreshing escape with great views of the city.

The hotel decor felt dated, which took away from the overall impression of the place. There were issues with both the water temperature fluctuating in the showers and slow drainage that impacted comfort . Noise from both the air conditioning and nearby traffic persisted, detracting from the peace you'd expect in a hotel room. Parking was a pain. Finding a spot nearby was tougher than evading a bounty hunter on my tail. It also was like the management could step up when it comes to lost items left in rooms, leading to some trust issues.

Glad I took superior queen room, it was tastefully decorated and spotless.

Had problem during check in. Although I asked for two single beds in each room, during my reservation, they wanted to charge extra fee in order to provide two single beds. We had a discussion and finally they accepted.

Location: the hotel was next to supermarkets, shopping malls as well as the city center. And its just a short walk away from Pizzeria Chello, ate there once or twice.

amazing comfort and perfect accessibility to central attractions

I found the hotel clean and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety as I planned my city strolls. Being just a little over two kilometers from Jarun Lake made for a lovely walk with beautiful park views.

Excellent hotel with very good facilities including the restaurant where we were well looked after plus the pool & spa which we used every day. A bit further out of the city centre than I thought but with very frequent trams to & from, it wasn't a problem.

The standard of service was superb, the rooms were spacious, all in all very good value.

A little bit too far from city centre (app. 10 km, taxi to city centre is about 10 EUR), room is not very big

I had a fantastic stay with a super spacious room and divine breakfast options that made mornings special. The wellness area with the jacuzzi and sauna was just perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the parking situation could be tricky at times, but it’s worth it for the experience! 😊

The front staff accommodated our needs professionally. The room was large and well appointed. The hotel offers a lot! Internet was wireless and free. Parking was secure and underground, and not too expensive. All areas of the hotel were very clean.

Staying here for 2nd/3rd time.Location is convenient for both traveling out of city and city visit (by cab/car);airport is reachable in~15- 20min.dependent on traffic; not convenient for walking to the center.One small and one big new shopping center at walking distance.Some shops within the hotel, fuel station "next door". Hotel cleanness, facilities and personnel- very good to excellent; 2 tiny exceptions re.SPA-service and front desk.Spacious room/bed/bathroom. Room well equipped for comfortable rest and "office work". All tiny things for those travelling light are available-shampoo,shower gel,conditioner,balm.hairdryer,slippers,etc.The surroundings are quite noisy but closing the windows provides sufficient silence.Smoking&non- smoking floors available,all public areas non-smoking. Open air terrases of spa and one of restaurants.The spa is basic but nicely done- Fih'&infrared saunas,steam bath overlooking above the city;resting facilities;complimentary water,nuts,fruits handy at SPA./Personnel is timely,adequately,efficiently responding to all requests; impressive performance during all days of my stay.

Autom.wake-up service on phone&TV not operable. No roba at room-only available at spa (not provided to me at the 1st visit of SPA).Gym very small and attached to SPA(could make it noisy unless soundproof-there was nobody there at my visits so just assuming).Pool is great as temperature, cleanness+enjoyable "stream sector" but too small for swimming even if one is alone in the pool. I was provided a cable for internet in case WiFi fails (was OK),and I let it at room upon check out; however, I saw 30 hrk were charged for cable in the invoice. I e- mailed to the hotel management in this regard (underlining I don't claim for any charges back) but yet no responce for even simple apologize for the mistake.
